Chery Commercial Vehicle, together with its DELIVAN and C&C TRUCKS brands, showcased a range of new products and new energy solutions at IAA Transportation 2026, recently held in Hannover, Germany.

The Chinese automaker presented electric light commercial vehicles, new-energy heavy-duty trucks, autonomous logistics vehicles and solar-storage-charging technologies and partnered with several European companies on vehicle conversion and other areas.

Gong Yueqiong, vice president of Chery Holding Group and general manager of Chery Commercial Vehicle, said the company has developed a product portfolio covering new-energy commercial vehicles, intelligent digital technologies and energy replenishment solutions, and it is also using connected-vehicle data and artificial intelligence to support vehicle and fleet operations to improve safety and efficiency.

At the exhibition, the company's DELIVAN brand presented its core products and specialized solutions for the European market, covering applications such as cold-chain delivery, tool transport and engineering operations.

The products were developed and validated based on European market demand, local operating conditions, and relevant regulatory and market-access requirements.

Chery Commercial Vehicle showcased new-energy heavy-duty trucks for medium- and long-haul transport, featuring both battery-electric and range-extended technologies. The company also presented green transport solutions integrating vehicles, energy replenishment and fleet management, along with charging and energy-storage equipment.

To meet growing demand for automated transport in the logistics sector, Chery Commercial Vehicle also displayed autonomous logistics vehicles. The company said it will further integrate autonomous-driving technologies with commercial vehicles to reduce repetitive driving tasks in designated operating environments.

IAA Transportation is one of the world's major events for the commercial vehicle industry. This year's exhibition has brought together commercial vehicle manufacturers, component suppliers and logistics companies from around the world.
